How Can I Add D2NT Manager Tabs

I want create a few more tabs in the D2NT Manager. I'm not sure exactly what I want the tabs to be just yet, but I know I want more. Does anyone have/know of a program I can use to edit the .dll ? Or any other information I may want to know so that I can figure it out?
