how do i set this up?

ok so i downloaded D2nt 3.1.  i also downloaded the .rar Young_Love's D2NT 3.0 Rush Bot.  I do not know what to do at all.  is there a guide or somthing?

There is a guide here on the site; please look in D2 Bot Support for the D2NT guide... and the rush bot guide is on the same page where you downloaded it.
